These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Swipely Studio ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the SnackDrama mobile application, our content streaming platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Application" or "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using SnackDrama, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the Application.
1. Service Description & License
SnackDrama provides a mobile entertainment platform allowing users to discover, stream, and watch short-form drama series, episodes, and related multimedia content.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Swipely Studio grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and view the content within SnackDrama solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Intellectual Property & Content Rights
All content made available through SnackDrama, including but not limited to short drama videos, episodes, scripts, audio tracks, visual effects, character portrayals, images, graphics, user interface designs, software code, logos, and trademarks (collectively, "Content"), is owned by Swipely Studio or licensed to us by our content partners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Strict Content Protection: You may not copy, record, capture, rip, download, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, broadcast, publicly perform, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, sell, or commercially exploit any Content from SnackDrama without prior written authorization from Swipely Studio.
3. In-App Purchases, Virtual Coins & Episode Unlocks
SnackDrama may offer virtual currencies (such as "Coins", "Points", or "Credits"), subscriptions, or in-app purchase packages to unlock premium drama episodes and access exclusive features:
- Virtual Currency Character: Virtual Coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and do not constitute personal property. Coins are licensed to you solely for use within SnackDrama.
- Payment Processing: All in-app purchases are billed and processed through the platform marketplace (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
- Refund Policy: Except as required by applicable law or specific policies established by Apple or Google, all purchases of virtual currency and unlocked episodes are final and non-refundable.
- Pricing Adjustments: Swipely Studio reserves the right to adjust coin pricing, bundle offerings, and coin requirements for unlocking episodes at any time.
4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from the Application.
- Using automated bots, scrapers, exploits, or third-party tools to access, unlock episodes, manipulate coin balances, or harvest data.
- Bypassing or circumventing any digital rights management (DRM), anti-piracy, or security mechanisms employed by the Application.
- Running the Application on jailbroken or rooted devices where operating system security protections have been compromised.
- Using the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful purposes.
5. Third-Party Services and Advertisements
The Application may display third-party advertisements or integrate third-party tools (such as AdMob, Firebase, and Adjust). Swipely Studio is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party advertisements or external websites. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the third party.

6. Internet Connection & Data Charges
Streaming video content in high definition requires an active and reliable internet connection. If you stream drama episodes over cellular mobile data, significant data consumption may occur. You are solely responsible for any fees, charges, and overage costs assessed by your mobile network operator or internet service provider.
7. Updates and Modifications to the Service
Swipely Studio continuously enhances SnackDrama and may release updates, patches, or new features. To continue using the Application smoothly, you may be required to update to the latest version. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Application or specific drama titles at any time without prior notice or liability.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application and all Content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Swipely Studio disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swipely Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Application.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to SnackDrama immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any unused virtual items may be forfeited.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Use at our discretion. Any revisions will take effect upon posting the updated Terms on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Your continued use of SnackDrama after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
